Week 6 - Address the requirements for the capture of the location images eg logistics, access, costs, property releases, timeline etc.

To achieve my desired photographs for my Client Coca-Cola I will need to address things like permission to photograph inside buildings like a cinema and a bar, access to a coast house, transport to Sydney if needs be or the Coast.
Costs will include petrol mostly, driving around Canberra to shoot and also driving to Sydney or the Coast will be costly for petrol. other costs will be purchasing Cokes for shooting in my location images.
The timeline of shooting my location images will of cause depend on availability of properties such as my access to a coast house. I will also need to consider my work schedule as I work 5 days a week. as soon as my proposal is approved I will begin shooting so I will have as much time as possible before the due date.

Below is my shot list for the required location images:

                   1 x Landscape image
A beach shot taken from sand looking into water with red thongs/red towel on the sand and a glass coke resting in sand.
2.     1 x Architectural interior
I’ll photograph an empty cinema theatre, hopefully with red chairs, a glass coke in the drink holder. This shot will be my stitched image.
3.     1 x Architectural exterior
I will photograph the outside of the cinema, this will be my HDR image or
I will capture the Coca-Cola billboard at Kings Cross.
4.     1 x Industrial image
Photograph of a Bartender with drink gun pouring coke into a tumbler glass. Perhaps having a girls hand with red painted nails in the shot reaching out for the glass.
5.     2 x images from any of the above categories
For these extra photographs I shall take another landscape image which will be taken from inside a beach house looking out large windows towards the beach and horizon. This shot will be my image where I demonstrate balancing ambient with artificial light. The other extra image will be another architectural image of a cinema.
