Last shot!!!

Above is my revised vending machine industrial shot! went back with a tripod and re shot the scene. looks much better with my finger in focus and the red is boosted to connect with the rest of my red shots.  Only got bothered by one security guard this time asking me if I had written permission from Coke... So with this being the last image of my folio, I am done!

Critique:

What a challenging project! cant say Im not happy to be finished but It taught me a lot photographically and a lot about being a commercial photographer.. basically that I don't want to be one! I do like advertising but only in the MadMen kind of way....
I believe my Coca-Cola Folio is cohesive and consistent with Coca-Cola's style and I hope the panel thinks so too!

Industrial Shoot

Industrial Shot 2

When I re shoot this scene this is the look I'll be going for. Unfortunately when I shot the above images I didn't have my tripod with me and had no assistants so focusing whilst being the hand model was tricky! I Shall come back to this vending machine and capture it again before my last printing session next week.

macro!

Above are today's results in the studio using the extension tube for my 50mm lens to achieve a macro look. The main shot I was after were the red lips sucking on the white straw, the finished result is much like my envisioned idea I discussed in my proposal. the above image of the close up coke bottle cap is an extra macro shot, As I still need the two extra shots to complete the studio half of my folio. I love them both and am very happy with the results experimenting with macro.

Industrial

Industrial image of the end sale product, coke in the coke fridge!
I prefer the bottom image but perhaps the top image is more obvious as to what it is.
